Screen Always On does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal or usage data. Everything it does happens locally in your browser.

What the extension stores

The extension saves two small values in your browser's local extension storage (chrome.storage.local): whether a keep-awake session is active (with its start time and chosen duration), and the duration you last selected. This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the extension.

Permissions

• power: to ask the operating system to keep the display from sleeping or dimming.
• alarms: to end a session automatically when the chosen duration runs out.
• storage: to remember the active session and your preferred duration.

The extension does not read web pages, browsing history, or any site content, and makes no network requests.

Third parties

No analytics, advertising, or third-party services are used by the extension.

This website

This website uses no cookies and no analytics. It is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may process standard technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
